• The narrow dosing opening enables economical and precise dosing

Application:

• • Preparation: Apply RefectoCil skin protection cream & eye mask and eyelash leaves or silicone pads according to instructions.
• • Mix 0.5g of colour with 0.5g of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream in a mixing ratio of 1:1 to create a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes.
• • Leave on for 5 – 10 minutes.
• • Remove with clean water and cotton pads.
• • With previous use of RefectoCil Blonde Brow, the application time is reduced to 1 - 5 minutes, with a lift to 2 minutes.
